How to Get Started as an Organizer
Follow these steps to create your organizer account and submit an event reservation request.
Steps on Creating Organizer Account

Fill up the Sports Park Reservation Waiver in the Forms tab.

Click the Organizer Login button.

Click Register and sign up.

Upload the Sports Park Reservation Waiver and 1 (One) Valid ID.

Verify your contact number.

Wait for the admin approval through email.
Steps on Creating Event as Organizer

Log in as Organizer through the Organizer Login page.

Click Create New Event.

Fill up the form and upload the Reservation Form (PDF).

Wait for admin approval and email notification.

History
October 15, 2010
The General Trias Sports Park Oval, located in Barangay Santiago, was inaugurated on October 15, 2010, under the leadership of Mayor Luis “Jon-Jon” Ferrer IV. It was developed through a partnership between the Local Government of General Trias, the Department of Education, and Intel Technology Philippines, which provided funding via the Intel Involved Matching Grant Program.
